The Morning...

Hello everyone ✨ it's the first chapter of AVARAMAN.

I am a new writer so there will be grammatical mistakes, let me know that in comments.

It was 7:00 a.m. in the morning. The beautiful sunrise had already filled the lanes of Rishikesh with new hope and an announcement of a new journey. It was the month of July—the season when schools and colleges reopened after the summer break.

In the Verma house, Naina's sleep was interrupted by the sharp ringing of her alarm clock. She slowly got out of bed and walked toward the window. Gently pulling aside the curtains, she allowed the warm rays of the morning sun to enter her room. It was not a normal morning for naina , since very young age she use to live in hostel , and today after so many years she was waking up in her own house . While naina was in deep thought, suddenly a voice interrupted her .

"Bittu , Aadu wake up , you both will be late at the very first of your college" Niharika's ( Naina and Aadya's mother ) voice came from downstairs . After sometime again Niharika called Naina and Aadya ... Naina was ready but aadya .... Still sleeping...

Naina was wearing a delicate white short kurti with high waist flare jeans , jhumka, her hairs were open and with white shoes. She was wearing her watch again Niharika's voice came .

"Aadu wake up " , Bittu are ready ? Niharika asked naina .

"Yess mumma " naina replied "Ok , come downstairs and come with aadu " she left and Naina started waking aadya again .

"Good morning, Neha " Avinash ( Naina's father ) wish Niharika with a grin on his face .

"Good morning, Avi" Niharika replied while making parathas for her daughters.

"Where is Aadu and bittu ?" Avinash asked arranging the breakfast on the dining table .

Before Niharika could answer, two loud voice came from behind.

" Good morning, mom dad !!!" Both the girls shouted from the stairs itself.

" Uth gyi Aadya madam , kripa aapki " Niharika taunted aadya

Aadya totally ignored her and walk towards the dinning table

" Good morning, breakfast karlo jaldi se it's your first day at college today ,so I'll drop both of you " Avinash while serving breakfast to the girls .

"First Day ?" How it's my first day dad meri toh chutti bhi 10 din ki thi " Aadya blunt without thinking...

But suddenly the room became quite, Aadya immediately realised what she had just said , because it wasn't about Aadya it was for naina .

In Rajput house ......

"RISHU!!" Rashmi ( Rishi's mother) shouted from the kitchen.

" Yes ! Maa ab kya parcel deliver karna hai , aapki bestie ke ghar !"Rishi asked lazily.

"Ohh , my Rishu became smart Good, take this is chole bhature give them to Mishi and come immediately, don't start fighting with mahi okk , otherwise you will be late" Rashmi warned Rishi while handling the casserole carefully.

"Aaru get ready , we will leave after handling the parcel to Mishi aunty" Rishi said Aarohi.

"Okk, Bhai!" Aarohi answered.

Authors note :- Mishika and Rashmi are childhood bestfriends and live in neighbourhood.

The door Bell rang and Mihika ran towards the door , as soon as the door opened Mihika immediately snatch the casserole from Rishi's hand .

" What's special in the breakfast today?" Mihika asked with almost a victorious smile .

" Atleast,wish me good morning and call me inside, you werido" Rishi said in almost shocking reaction .

"Mini let Rishu get inside beta , why you always trouble him ?" Mishika said watching her daughters mischief.

" Good morning and it's okk mishi aunty, I am getting late I'll meet you in evening okk " Rishi smiled looking towards Mishika .

"Okk Rishu , take care dhyan se jana bye" Mishika replied with smile

"Bye bye , Mishi " Rishi said and ran towards the stairs.

"Badmash kahi ka " while smiling Mishika said to herself

Locking the door Mihika, turned totally towards her mother and folded her arms. " By the way, should I inform your husband that a boy was calling her wife mishi "

Mishika narrowed her brows and said proudly .

" Get ready, because I can handle my husband but who will help you to get rid of mee mini " Mishika ran to catch Mihika .

Mihika ran through the house the hall way echoed with laughter .

In the college...

"I always use to get late in the school because of you, but today is our first in 1st year Rishu and we are again late" Mihika cursing Rishi in full anger .

" Mini it was not totally my fault, I am also late and you were the one who wish to walk through the college" Rishi replied immediately.

" Thank God Aaru choosen to go with Abhir today ." Rishi added .

Finally everyone was gathered in the ground of the University for assembly. The classes from 11th - final year students had been presented there . Aadya , Aarohi and Vibhav were standing in the 11th standard row . Naina was standing in the 3rd group and behind her Mihika taken her place followed by Rishi, Abhir and Aditya .

The humming and chatting voice of students faded as the principal stand middle of the assembly in front of the mic " Good morning dear students " principal wishes the whole assembly. "Good morning ma'am " everyone wishes her . She continued to start the speech. "For some students,it's the begining of there college life, some new students had joined our university, for some it's just the start of another year and for some students it's the last year in this University. But the similarity in all of you is this the beginning of a new session, new chapter of your life and let's together start the journey. I hope you'll enjoy your journey make friends, enjoy your life and ofcourse focus on the studies too , always remember the only relation you can make yourself by your choice is friendship. Thank you students, Have a great day. Now move towards your respective classes. Dismiss.

Everyone started moving, in rush Naina's foot stumbled due to push of somebody before she can fall and arm caught her , she looked towards the arm and found a girl holding her hand with a enthusiastic smile with bright face (none other than Mihika).

" Take care you may fall "Mihika said helping naina to stand proper.

"Thankyou" Naina said

"Hello it's Mihika Basu , what's your name?".Mihika's curiosity was fully visible.

" Myself Naina.... Naina Verma." She simply answered.

They started walking...

" Which class your ?" Mihika questioned

"1st year , and you " finally Naina asked somthing.

Mihika immediately replied " Same , I am also in 1st year" .

"Finally mujhe koi ladki mili " Mihika joined her hands in prayer

Naina looked towards Mishika suspiciouslly. Mihika just smiled sheepish.

In classroom Mihika and settle together sharing the same desk . The professor was not yet present in the classroom, so the class was filled with banter of students joking, laughing, etc.

Naina was busy in her thoughts, exact on that moment Rishi came to Mihika with Aditya and Abhir.

"Mini give me your bottle, I forgot mine " Rishi insisted.

" Why should I give you my waterbottle?" She raised her eyebrows together. " First say please in requesting tone" she added .

Rishi let a huff and said " Mihika please give me your bottle I am thirsty!" Full overacting

Finally she gave him the bottle, meanwhile Aditya caught site of a girl sitting beside Mihika.

"Mini who is she ?" Aditya asked

" Oh , she.. she is my new friend" Mihika said with a proud and wide smile .Aditya and Rishi brust laughing .. Mihika's anger raised and she immediately shrugged naina , the moment naina turn around. Abhir's eye stuck to her face .

"You found a new friend, a girl really" again brust laughing. Naina gave them nothing but a confusing look.

Abhir's pov ........

The moment she turned, my heart Stop beating for a second and the next moment it started running like it was running a marathon. My eyes were not ready to leave her eye , my thoughts completely blind I was just lost . Her eyes god those big , shimmering,classy, full of innocence just ufff and hayee ....

Wait what I am thinking, did I just fell into her eyes .... My thought broken by a harsh irritating voice.

" Abhir " Aditya started shaking me . "What happened?" , where are you lost?". He asked me .

What should I say ? Even I don't know what's just happened with me .Still forcing a nervous smile I replied

"Nothing "

End of pov ...

During lunch time , Mihika, Rishi, Aditya, Abhir and Naina were settle together for introduction and lunch.

"Hello I am Aditya, Abhir's brother and Bestfriend of these two cartoons " Aditya said pointing towards Mihika and Rishi . Naina just nodded

"I am Rishi, everyone knows me as the most handsome boy of the college you can call me Rishu , ye sab bhi mujhe Rishu ho bolte hai , as I am cute " Rishi said with a grin .

" Hello it's Abhir " Abhir forward his hand to handshake with naina , but only to receive a nod .

Mihika observed the awkwardness of Naina and started diverting the topic to make everyone comfortable.

" She is Naina " Mihika introduce Naina, " she is new to our college." Mihika added

Finally Naina spoke.. " Hey everyone, nice to meet you guyys " she sat comfortably and added " I am Naina......... Naina Verma" a genuine smile appered to her face .

" Do you know why your name is Naina?" Abhir grabbed everyone's attention while having lunch .

" No" Naina answered immediately folding her arms . And raised her left eyebrow.

" Because who ever kept your name knows that ...... Someone will definitely fall for them" he smirked but that was it a dead silence.... Mihika and Rishi exchanged looks, Aditya coughed.

Naina silently staired him and said " Are you a poet or trying to filrt with me ?".

" I was just appreciating your name !" Again a grin

Naina said nothing and left the canteen.

On the other hand in 11th class the situations were totally opposite.

"Yaar ye college ka 1st day, last day jaisi vibes kyu de Raha hai " Aarohi murmured in sleepy voice .

"Totally agree, it's such a boring day " Aadya replied.

Finally the lecture finished and bell rang the whole class rushed outside Aadya and Aarohi also started leaving. But suddenly Aadya collided with a boy , she turned to see who was he . But her anger instantly clam down after seeing the boy .

Aadya's pov ......

I turned around and looked at boy to shout, but instead I freeze something went unexplained. The boys face was going with pride and shine like a sun before I could say something butterfly started tickling in my stomach.

" Are you ok ? I am so sorry I .... I didn't saw you " the boy apologized to me .

But from my mouth nothing came out somehow I manage to shook my head , he help me to stand properly. And again said .

" Sorry you fell did you get hurt somewhere ? Should I bring some medicine " Concern was flickering in his eyes .

My eyes widen and in hurry I replied. "No... No , I.. I am fine . Next time walk carefully ok " ... And sudden realisation hit me that what I have just blurnt. I cursed myself for this .

"Yeah , sorry once again" he left .

Great Aadya he was helping you and you the great Aadya Verma Ahhhhhhh, mummaaaaaaaaa.......

"Aadya... Aadya , what happened?" Aarohi shakes me.

"Nothing,who was he ?" I asked.

"He was vaibhav, the class topper!" Aarohi answered .

"You know him ?"I knead my brows.

How she knows him ? , who is he ? .

" Yaa , he is Abhir Bhai's Younger brother, that's why I know him " Aarohi informed me .

Oh ! So he is the one I know Aditya bhai because I met him at Aarohi's birthday party once . But vibhav was not there .

"Are you guyys friends?" I questioned her.

"Yaa we know eachother since childhood, due to my mother's work ." Aarohi dragged me outside answering this much .

"Ohh okk , let's go" i replied. And we left for the cafeteria..
